Our unique gastronomy concept does not only create a buzz and excitement, but also helps us becoming more sustainable.

In order to avoid food waste, we abstain from conventional buffets and rely on a carefully composed food selection.

Egg variations, which will be freshly prepared for each guest, as well as add ons from the additional menu, may be ordered at any time free of charge.

In the Café MOIN!, in Terminal 1, the day begins with various coffee specialties, fresh made bread rolls and other delicacies. Various grab & go offers as well as small Nordic delicacies that are offered throughout the day.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in our Restaurant blue in Terminal 2. For breakfast, choose one of our 3 theme breakfasts and complete it according to your gusto from the cabin trolley. The breakfast crew will meet your needs.

An unforgettable experience is the visit of the Senator Lounge in Terminal 1, on the ninth floor. From the espresso, through a freshly tapped beer, a fine drop of wine, to the noble spirit, enjoy the view over the rooftops of Hamburg and be at the eye level of the pilots at the start and landing approach.
